These terms apply to your use of the Service Lab website and preliminary intake process. Project-specific work may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about Service Lab, request follow-up, and submit intake information. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or submit information you do not have permission to provide.
Intake submissions
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or guarantee that Service Lab will accept a project. We review requests and may contact you by email, phone, or text about next steps.
Services
Service Lab builds and operates intake systems for home service businesses. Specific scope, pricing, subscription terms, cancellation terms, deliverables, and responsibilities should be confirmed in a separate agreement before work begins.
Communications
By submitting your contact information, you agree that Service Lab may contact you about your request. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time by emailing hello@servicelab.agency.
No guarantees
We work to build reliable systems, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific revenue results, search ranking, ad performance, CRM uptime, or third-party platform behavior.
Third-party services
Service Lab systems may connect to third-party platforms such as hosting providers, email services, databases, CRMs, SMS providers, analytics tools, and payment systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change outside our control.
Intellectual property
The Service Lab site, copy, design, technical materials, and brand assets belong to Service Lab unless otherwise stated. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Service Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or preliminary intake process.
Changes
We may update these terms as Service Lab changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
